Dear patients,
For your and our safety the following rules apply:
1) From now onwards, the only way to make an appointment is by phone. The practice is open for appointments. Please, do not come to the practice without first calling us.
2) Do not come to the practice in case you experience respiratory symptoms (coughing, fever, snot, sore throat, stuffy nose, muscle ache, ...) or in case you had contact with a person who has Covid 19. You can contact the practice by phone and a doctor will call you back to discuss the situation. If a physical is required, this will take place at the triage point at Campus Blairon
3) If you have an appointment and you develop respiratory symptoms, please notify us as soon as possible.
4) Measure your temperature at home before coming to the practice.
5)Please wear a facial mask or scarf that covers your mouth and nose at all times when inside the practice.
6)Please come to the practice alone! Only bring a healthy companion in case it is really necessary.
7)Upon entering the practice, we ask you to disinfect your hands immediately, disinfectant will be provided.
8)Make sure to touch as little as possible and especially avoid touching your face.
